- 125ml water
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place all the sugars, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground ginger, grated nutmeg, pumpkin purée, and water into a medium-sized pan.
- Cook the Syrup: Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes until the sugars have completely dissolved and the syrup is thin and smooth.
- Cool the Syrup: Remove the pan from heat and allow the syrup to cool to room temperature, which helps the flavors to meld together.
- Store Properly: Once cooled, transfer the syrup to a sterilized bottle or jar, seal tightly, and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
