Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 230 degrees Celsius (445 degrees Fahrenheit) on the air-fry setting to prepare for cooking the cauliflower steaks.
  2. Prepare the marinade: Mix the juice of 1 lemon with 25 milliliters of olive oil to create a bright, flavorful mixture that will coat the cauliflower steaks.
  3. Brush the cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into steaks, then generously brush all sides with the lemon and olive oil mixture ensuring even coverage for maximum flavor.
  4. Season the cauliflower: Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of all-purpose seasoning, sea salt flakes, and freshly ground black pepper on both sides of the cauliflower steaks to add savory and aromatic notes.
