Instructions

- Add fillings: When the eggs are still slightly runny in the center, scatter the roughly chopped 4 semi-dried tomatoes and 25g crumbled feta cheese evenly over one half of the omelette.
- Fold the omelette: Fold the omelette in half over the fillings and cook for an additional 1 minute to let the cheese soften and flavors meld.
- Serve: Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately alongside fresh mixed salad leaves for a light and balanced meal.
