  • 5 Organic Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  • 4 pieces Cooked Bacon, chopped

Slider Components

  • 1 package Dinner Rolls
  • 5 slices American Cheese

Egg Wash

  • 1 Organic Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) to prepare for baking the assembled sliders.
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 of the Organic Eggs with 2 tablespoons of Milk. Season with Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste, then stir in the chopped Scallions and Cooked Bacon until well combined.
  3. Cook Scrambled Eggs: Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with nonstick spray. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are fully scrambled and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  4. Prepare Rolls: Open the package of Dinner Rolls and carefully slice each roll in half horizontally using a bread knife, separating the tops from the bottoms. Arrange the bottoms on a baking sheet.
  5. Assemble Sliders: Layer one slice of American Cheese over each bottom roll. Then evenly distribute the scrambled egg mixture over the cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls back onto each assembled slider.
  6. Apply Egg Wash: In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 Organic Egg with 1 tablespoon of Water. Using a basting brush, lightly coat the tops of the rolls with this egg wash to ensure a golden, shiny finish.
  7. Bake Sliders: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 6 to 9 minutes, or until the rolls are starting to brown and the cheese has melted completely.
