- 2 medium carrots, peeled and roughly chopped or grated
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 2 cm piece of ginger, grated

- 150ml water (optional, to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Peel and roughly chop or grate the carrots depending on your blender’s capability. Peel the oranges and grate the fresh ginger.
- Add ingredients to the blender: Place the chopped carrots, peeled oranges, grated ginger, oats, and ice into the blender or smoothie maker.
- Blend: Blitz the ingredients until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add up to 150ml of water to adjust the consistency to your liking.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best freshness and flavor.
Notes
- You can soak the oats in a little water for 10 minutes beforehand to make the smoothie creamier.
- Adjust the amount of ginger to taste for a milder or spicier flavor.
- Use fresh or frozen ice cubes depending on your preference.
- This smoothie is best consumed immediately but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
