Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine 40 grams of almond flour, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 free range egg, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder. Stir everything thoroughly until you get a smooth batter.
- Prepare and Cook: Butter the inside of a microwave-safe cup to prevent sticking. Pour the almond mixture into the cup. Place the cup in the microwave and cook on full power for 1 minute.
