  • 800ml hot vegetable stock, made with 2 tsp bouillon powder
  • 180g wholemeal penne

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat the rapeseed oil in a large lidded pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are golden.
  2. Step 2: Add the steak mince to the pan, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Stir in the finely chopped peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
