  • 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, rinse them with cold water and drain well. Toss the noodles with 1 teaspoon of the sesame oil to keep them from sticking.
  2. Step 2: Heat 2 teaspoons of groundnut oil in a non-stick wok over medium-high heat. Add most of the spring onions and all of the beansprouts. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
