  2. Step 2: While the potatoes cook, mix maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp wholegrain mustard, and tomato purée to create a glaze. Brush the glaze over the sausages.
  3. Step 3: Cook the sausages on the barbecue, turning and basting often with the glaze, for about 10 minutes until cooked through and sticky.
  4. Step 4: Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, 2 tsp wholegrain mustard, and chopped chives or spring onion in a small bowl.
