- 1 cup strong coffee, chilled
- 1 ½ cups ice
- 1 cup silken tofu (250 g)
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar or sugar-free sweetener
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Make Coffee: Brew strong coffee using twice the usual amount of coffee grounds per water ratio. Chill the coffee in the refrigerator until cold to ensure a refreshing frappuccino base.
- Blend Ingredients: Place the chilled strong coffee, ice, silken tofu, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add more ice if needed to reach your preferred frappuccino consistency.
